I have asked a quotation to fix a problem about my shower, specifically explaining that it was not an urgent problem. The day after he send me a sms, saying that he can be at my apartment at a given time. My wife was at home, so I said ok. He came, change a small piece in 5 minutes, and asked for 160 Euro "because it was a urgent intervention". My wife complains, but at the end pays. Afterward I call him to complain, and he said to me to go to judge if I am not happy. Probably I will do- Negative
